Why does my MegaWizard Plug-In Manager window appear small and cannot be resized?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software versions 11.0 and earlier, the MegaWizard™ Plug-In Manager window may appear small and cannot be resized. This problem can occur on the Windows operating system if you change the orientation of your task bar to be vertical along the side of your screen instead of the default horizontal orientation along the bottom of your screen.

To work around this problem, restore the task bar to the default orientation and position.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 11.0 SP1.
