Why does Design Assistant report an R101 warning on a node inside Parallel Flash Loader?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 11.1 SP2 and earlier, the Design Assistant may report an R101 warning on the following node when you run the Design Assistant on a design containing the Parallel Flash Loader:

Resolution

The warning can safely be ignored.

The problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 12.0.
