Why does area estimation may present difference between text output and report.html with FPGA OpenCL™ SDK?

When you compile the OpenCL™ design with FPGA OpenCL™, you may get different area estimations between text output and report.html. Such as listed below:

Resolution

This is because that after FPGA SDK for OpenCL™ version 17.1, the text output is outdated is no longer maintained, and there's a warning message to guide the user to use one the report.html as "The report below may be inaccurate. A more comprehensive resource usage report can be found at /reports/report.html".
