Why do I see "Error (19115): Response compare size mismatched " when I examine the serial FLASH attached to Stratix 10 when using Quartus Programmer 18.0?

Description

You may encounter intermittent failure when examine the Stratix ®10 serial FLASH content by Quartus programmer® 18.0, error message would be like:
   Error (19115): Response compare size mismatched
   Error (209012): Operation failed

Fix/Workaround

The failure rate would be less than 30%, you could retry the examine process.
This issue would be fixed in further Quartus version.
