Why are the Stratix® V FPGA 1.5V HSTL Class I and Class II IBIS models that are generated in the Quartus II software version 11.1 missing the keyword "15" and only named hstli/ii ?

Description

There is a bug in the Quartus® II software version 11.1 where the keyword "15" is missing from the Stratix® V FPGA 1.5V HSTL Class I and Class II IBIS models.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Quartus® II software version 13.0.
