Why am I unable to see the I/O Bank Properties Dialog Box in my Pin Planner view?

Description

In the Quartus® II software, the I/O Bank Properties dialog box may be open but hidden on the side of the window. The I/O Bank Properties dialog box is opened by right-clicking an I/O bank in the Pin Planner package view and then clicking on I/O Bank Properties or by double-clicking on the colored I/O bank name box.

Resolution

To make the  I/O Bank Properties dialog box visible, click on the border on the side of the window and drag the dialog box to a viewable size.
