Which voltage should I use for MSEL pins to drive a logic high in Cyclone® IV devices?

Description

In Cyclone® IV devices, you must hardwire the MSEL pins to VCCA or GND without pull-up or pull-down resistors as stated in Chapter 8 of Cyclone®IV device handbook. 

Resolution

The intention of table 8-18 Configuration Pin Summary for Cyclone® IV GX Devices is just to describe the power voltage used by the internal logic used by the MSEL pins which is VCCINT.
