What is the part marking format for Intel® MAX® 10 devices in the M153 package?

Description

Due to the small size of the M153 package used by Intel® MAX® 10 devices, the top-side marking format differs from the standard BGA marking format.

Resolution

For example, the following text is shown in the center of the top side. Please notice that part number marking may vary for a different devices:

    ALTERA 

    10M02S

    CM153C8G

    Date code

The lot number and trace codes are written on the bottom and left edges of the device.
