Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Standard edition software version 16.1 Update 2 and earlier, you may see this warning when you use Interval Timer peripherals in the Qsys System Integration Tool.

Resolution

It is safe to ignore this warning message.

In the Quartus Prime Standard edition software version 17.0 and later, this incorrect warning has been removed.
