Transmit Data Error in 1000BASE-X/SGMII PCS

Description

This errata affects the Triple-Speed Ethernet MegaCore function.

When the 1000BASE-X/SGMII PCS function operates in SGMII mode, the transmit buffer may overflow and cause data error.

This issue affects the following MAC variations:

• 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet MAC with 1000BASE-X/SGMII PCS in SGMII mode.
• 1000BASE-X/SGMII PCS only in SGMII mode.

Resolution

This issue has no workaround.This issue is fixed in version 11.1 of the Triple-Speed Ethernet MegaCore function.
