Simulation Failure for QDR-IV Interfaces with ModelSim-AE on Arria 10 Devices

Description

This problem affects QDR-IV interfaces on Arria 10 devices, simulated with ModelSim-Altera Edition (Questa) version 10.3c.

QDR-IV simulations are likely to fail in ModelSim-AE version 10.3c.

Resolution

The workaround for this issue is to simulate the interface using ModelSim-AE version 10.1.

This issue is fixed in version 15.0.
