Qsys does not support the Controller shares dq/dqm/addr I/O pins option of the SDRAM Controller

Description

Qsys does not support the Controller shares dq/dqm/addr I/O pins option of the SDRAM Controller. Attempting to use an SDRAM Controller with Controller shares dq/dqm/addr I/O pins turned on results in an error similar to the following:

Error: sdram_0: Invalid tristate bridge selection for pin-sharing. Please parameterize the SDRAM to resolve this issue.

Resolution

On the Memory Profile page of the Parameter Settings tab of the SDRAM Controller Parameter Editor, turn off Controller shares dq/dqm/addr I/O pins.
