QDR II and RLDRAM II Interfaces May Not Close Timing on Arria V Devices

Description

This problem affects QDR II/II and RLDRAM II products.

QDR II/II and RLDRAM II interfaces may fail to close timing on Arria V devices.

Resolution

The workaround for this issue is to change the fitter seed.

This issue will be fixed in a future version.
