No expected output when running "aocl env" on emulation aocx file

Description

If you compile your OpenCL™ kernel for Emulation, then you use "aocl env" command to display the emulation aocx file compilation command information, the output would be blank. 

Resolution

This is because "aocl env" command no longer supports emulation aocx files from version 19.2 or newer of the Intel® FPGA SDK for OpenCL™.
