Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.2 and earlier, you may see the error above when you encrypt a SystemVerilog file using the IEEE 1735 v1 Encryption Standard.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.3.
