Is there any known issue on MAX10 Early Power Estimator (EPE) version 15.0?

Description

Yes, the MAX10 EPE version 15.0 reported static current of VCCIO for 10M02 devices is 30% smaller compared with actual silicon static power. VCCIO 3.3V power rail is the worst case, which is 20mA smaller in the MAX10 EPE version 15.0.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in a future release of the EPE. Meanwhile when you are using MAX10 EPE version 15.0, you may need to add the following value into the static current on the respective VCCIO power rails as below:

VCCIO 3.3V : 20mA         

VCCIO 3.0V : 10mA

VCCIO 2.5V: 4mA

VCCIO 1.8V: 1mA

VCCIO 1.5V: 0.7mA

VCCIO 1.2V: 0.6mA
