Is INIT_DONE a required signal when using SmartVID on Intel Agilex® 7 devices?

Description

Contrary to the statement in the Intel Agilex® 7 Configuration User Guide it is not a requirement to enable INIT_DONE when using SmartVID on Intel Agilex® 7 devices.

Resolution

There may be some use cases where it is useful to monitor INIT_DONE externally when using SmartVID.
If the FPGA is in PMBus Master mode and there are other masters on the bus, INIT_DONE could be used to let the other master(s) know when its OK to talk on the bus.
If the FPGA is in PMBus Slave mode, INIT_DONE can be used by an external master to know when to start polling with VOUT_COMMAND.
