Is aqueous wash safe to use on Intel® FPGA device packages after reflow?

Description

Aqueous wash is not part of the qualification process for Intel® FPGA devices. Whilst customers may use different types of cleaning processes after reflow, Intel has no way to control these processes and cannot ensure that they do not affect device reliability. It is the customers responsibilty to ensure that the Intel FPGA device is not damaged during the cleaning process.
