IP components do not appear in the IP Search Path

Description

In the Quartus II software release version 14.1, when you add or remove IP components with the IP Search Path dialog box (Tools > Options), the IP Catalog might not update the added or removed IP components correctly.

Resolution

You must restart the Quartus II software to view all IP components.
