Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 23.1 and earlier, you might see this internal error during the Fitter stage when running Rapid Recompile from the Signal Tap Logic Analyzer.

Resolution

To work around the problem, run a full compilation instead of Rapid Recompile.
