Description

Due to a problem in Quartus® II software version 13.0 SP1, you may encounter this internal error during synthesis if you have physical synthesis enabled.

Resolution

To work around the problem, disable physical synthesis.

This problem is sheduled to be fixed in future release of the Quartus II software.
