Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 18.1 and earlier, you may see this error when generating the Configuration via Protocol (CvP) images periphery and core. This problem occurs in designs that include the Hard Processor System.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1
