Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.0 SP1, you may see this error during the Fitter stage when compiling your project.

Resolution

To work around this problem, on the Assignments menu, click Settings to open the Settings dialog box, select the category Compilation Process and then click More Settings. Turn off the option Enable reduced memory mode.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
