Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1 and 19.2, you may see the above internal error at Fitter stage.

A patch is available to fix this problem for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1 and 19.2. Download and install Patch from the appropriate link below.
