Description

Due to a problem with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.4, you might see this internal error after closing the Signal Tap tool. 

Resolution

To avoid this error, make sure that the Scan JTAG Chain process is not running at the moment you close the tool.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
