How is 3.0 V PCI supported in Stratix® V devices?

Description

To support 3.0 V PCI in Stratix® V devices, you need to select 3.3V LVTTL as the I/O standard.  You also need to use an external clamp diode to limit the overshoot. 

In Stratix V devices, the 3.3V LVTTL I/O standard uses a VCCIO of 3.0V, which is how the 3.0V PCI specification can be supported.
