Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1 and earlier, you might see this error message only if you do not have a license for the F-Tile CPRI PHY Intel® FPGA IP whose ordering code is IP-CPRI-v7-E-PHY. This problem occurs in designs targeting Intel Agilex® 7 FPGAs and SoCs F-Series devices and implementing the F-Tile CPRI PHY Intel® FPGA IP.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2
