Error while loading shared libraries: libicudata.so.61: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Standalone Programmer version 18.1, you may see this error when launching the Standalone Programmer on Linux.

Resolution

To work around this problem, download and install patch 0.01p from the link below  

Download the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Standalone Programmer version 18.1 patch 0.01p for Linux(.run) 

Download the readme for the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Standalone Programmer version 18.1 patch 0.01p (.txt) 

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Standalone Programmer.
