Error: s0: Execution of command "{../nios2eds/Nios II Command Shell.bat} make all 2>> stderr.txt" failed

Description

If you have the McAfee Anti-Virus software installed with the Host IPS feature enabled, you may experience the above error when generating the EMIF IP in the Quartus® Prime software. The McAfee Host IPS prevents the executables in the <quartus install>/../cygwin/bin folder from executing which leads to the error.
