Error on line : bounds error

Description

Due to a problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Edition Software version 18.1 and earlier, you may see this error when you execute a jam file created from a key programming file (.ekp) for Intel Arria 10 device in a multiple-device JTAG chain.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed in Intel® Quartus® Prime Edition Software version 19.1std and 20.1.
