Error: no such variable (read trace on env (IP_ROOTDIR))

You may receive the above error message when generate the FIR II Megacore®.

To work around this issue, please set a new environment variable "IP_ROOTDIR" to "%QUARTUS_ROOTDIR%\..\ip\.
