Error ELBREAD_0081 mgc_axi_slave.sv (195): Design unit mgc_common_axi instantiated in fpga_interfaces.mgc_axi_slave not found in searched libraries

Description

Due to license restrictions, you will see this error when you simulate a Platform Designer system with Hard Processor System (HPS) using Riviera-PRO.

The HPS instance is represented by the Mentor AXI BFMs instantiated in generated simulation environment for each HPS AXI interface enabled in the system.  

Resolution

To work around this restriction, use Mentor ModelSim or another supported simulator to verify your HPS-based design.
