Error: can't read "map()": no such element in array

Description

The ModelSim-Altera Edition software version 6.6d may generate this error when you use the shortcut on Windows Desktop to launch the software .

Resolution

To work around this error, use the Windows Start Menu to launch the ModelSim-Altera Edition software.
