Error (209012): Operation failed

Description

You might encounter this error message during the .jic file programming into the EPCQ-L flash device in the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX  FPGA Development Kit when using the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software programmer version 17.1 and older.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1.1.
