Does the first generation EthernetBlaster download cable support configuration of Stratix V and Arria V devices?

Description
No, the first generation EthernetBlaster does not support JTAG configuration of  Stratix® V or Arria® V devices. The EthernetBlaster II download cable does support these devices, in Quartus® II versions 12.0 SP1 and later.
Resolution

Use an EthernetBlaster II or a USB-Blaster™ download cable to configure Stratix V or Arria V devices using JTAG.
