Do I need to still provide power to VCCR_GXB and VCCT_GXB if I want to use the 3.0V I/O pins on an Intel® Stratix® 10 L-/H-Tile when I do not utilize any of the transceivers on the tile?

Description

Yes, you need provide power to VCCR_GXB and VCCT_GXB if you intend to use the 3.0V I/O pins on an Intel® Stratix® 10 L-/H-Tile even if you are not utilizing any of the transceivers on the tile. For any transceiver tiles that have their VCCR_GXB and/or VCCT_GXB unpowered, the corresponding 3.0V I/O pins within that tile are disabled.

These requirements will be added to a future release of the Intel® Stratix® 10 GX, MX, TX and SX Device Family Pin Connection Guidelines.
