Design Space Explorer II cannot disable proxy settings when the Quartus II software has proxy settings specified

If you have proxy settings specified in the Quartus II software version 15.0, and you attempt to disable proxy settings in Design Space Explorer II, the proxy settings appear to be disabled when they are not.

Resolution

Disable your proxy settings in the Quartus II software and restart Design Space Explorer II.
