Can I use the IOPLL from a bank where VCCIO_PIO is powered down in an Intel Agilex® 7 device?

Description

When using Intel Agilex® 7 devices, you can power down a bank that is unused in your design by connecting the VCCIO_PIO of that bank to GND. Meanwhile, you can still use the IOPLL from that unpowered bank to drive the core. 

 

 

Resolution

The VCCA_PLL supply must be powered up as per the required specification.
