Broadcast Deinterlacer Hardware Issues

Description

The behaviour of the Broadcast Deinterlacer for cadenced input sequences and some progressive input sequences is 'undefined' when tested in hardware.

This issue is fixed in version 13.0 SP1 of the Broadcast Deinterlacer MegaCore function.
