Are Stratix V transceiver Quartus Settings File (.qsf) settings supported in Arria 10 devices?

Description

No,  Stratix® V transceiver .qsf settings are not supported in Arria® 10 devices. A bug in Quartus® II software version 14.1 and later allows Stratix V transceiver .qsf settings to be applied to Arria 10 designs without producing a Quartus II compilation error.
