altfp_atan will be synthesised away if clock enable is not checked

Description

If the clock enable box is not checed in altfp_atan core. The whole core will be synthesised away.

Resolution

This is the bug for this core. Must have the clock enable signal for this core. This bug will be fixed in 12.0 sp1 version
