Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime software version 16.1 , you may see this internal error when archiving your design with the "File Set" options:

• Service Request
• Service Request with incremental compilation database
• Compilation Database and output

Resolution

To work around this problem, use the default archiver "File Set" setting of "Source control".

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus Prime software.
