Transfer Primary Admin

Hello,

I need to Transfer the Primary Admin contract to another person and I am unable to do so.

Also the users that I have tried to delegate Admins to are not receiving notification as being assigned the role even though they have a registered email address and account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Transfer license details,

    NEW Admin Email Address :
