Timing simulation using Modelsim

Hi every one

I'm successfully finished the functional simulation for my phase accumulator design,using modelsim 6.6d . When i examined (worked) the timing simulation in the modelsim using the cycloniii library , i got the result at the output but without any of delay time and the internal signals of the adders(the sum ) have wrong values. (i used web addition software of 11.0 QuartusII and modelsim6.6)

If any one met or passed this case before or know how can to resolve it answer mi .Thanks for all
