stratix II GX EP2SGX90 not detectec by PCI E high perf ref design demo software

Hi guys!!!

I'm working on a Stratix II GX EP2SGX90 PCI E developement board. I programmed the PCI E high performance reference design (an 456) on that board. Two days ago, the demo driver and software executable used for running the reference design detected the board. Somebody touched the user-defined switches and the configuration switches and now the board is not detected (at the computer running the demo driver).

I'm trying to find out what happened. I'm reading the developement board reference manual and the pin specification datasheet, but I can't find out the truth about this trouble.

Can anybody help me?

    Hello! I'm have same problem, but when I run application all controls disabled. When I see log, it write
