Signaltap Log Files location

I am using the Signaltap Logic Analyzer tool to capture 64 samples over five different VHDL signals when an event (trigger) occurs. I want to capture and store 10000 events for later analysis. I have...

Log files are stored in signal tap file .stp. May be can try with File -> Create Signal Tap List File / Export...
