setting the EDA tool path in Quartus for Riviera-PRO directly from tcl script

Unfortunately, it seems that we don't have a TCL script that sets the path to the EDA tools in Quartus.

However, you can still set the path manually through the Quartus GUI.

You may checkout the Intel Quartus Prime Standard Edition User Guide: Scripting for a comprehensive reference of all the Intel Quartus Prime Tcl packages and commands.
