I cannot download a license for Questa Starter Edition. When I sign in to the self-service licensing website I am presented with a page saying that I need an Intel Alliance Partner.

I just went round and round hopelessly, and then it suddenly popped up. Used this link: https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html
