Questa Starter Edition License

I cannot download a license for Questa Starter Edition. When I sign in to the self-service licensing website I am presented with a page saying that I need an Intel Alliance Partner.

Hi Sir

Welcome to INTEL forum. Apologize for the inconvenience happen, there some web technical issue due to upgrading proses before. Now the user's SSLC issue has been resolved. Login to https://licensing.intel.com/ to get your license file.

    Unfortunately I keep seeing the same behavior on that webpage:

    Intel® Partner Alliance

    Account Required

    Hello! I have the same problem.

    I requested access to Intel® Partner Alliance thus I have an account.

    Even with Intel Partner Alliance account I can't download a license for Questa.

    The link https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html is redirecting to main page of Partner Alliance.

    Need help.
