Questa : unable to check out a license. Make sure your license file environment variable is set

I have set the environment variable as follows it continues to give me the same error

Welcome to Intel forum. Could you help to regenerate again New Questa license in SSLC and try it. Before that, can you help clear your web browsers cache/temporary internet files (if possible, shutdown your PC and restart back) and sign back to SSLC (https://licensing.intel.com/eval-free-licenses ) using Google chrome and see how things go.
